Why We Built This ?
At Cub Club™, we recognised that every child deserves access to learning that inspires, not just instructs. Too many learners across South Africa face challenges that limit their potential — outdated resources, overcrowded classrooms, and a lack of engagement.
We built Cub Club™ to change that. Our platform combines innovation, cultural relevance, and curriculum-aligned content to create a space where children can learn with curiosity and confidence. For parents, it’s peace of mind knowing their child is developing skills for the future. For our partners and investors, it’s a tangible opportunity to be part of a sustainable, scalable solution transforming education across the nation.
How it works
Subscribers to the platform receive twelve-month access running in accordance with the South African National Department of Basic Education school year calendar.
This includes access to all available subjects within their chosen grade.
In addition to their online lessons, Cub Club kids will have access to the following:
- Original South African literature (e-books and audiobooks)
- Exciting educational videos and songs
- Beautiful animation and visually stimulating interfaces
- Additional information-boosting general knowledge on South Africa, local culture and the African continent
- Self-discovery and life-skills development
- Online life-skills workshops (cyber bullying, power of choice, self-defence and assertive communication)
- Personalised assessments and individual progress reports
- Monthly visits and check-ins by Cub Club coaches
- Access to the online Cub Club community through the Cub Club social media platforms
